GBF Art Show Submission
Insurance, Display & Handling
We will:
Provide insurance coverage and secure storage for all accepted artworks for the duration of the exhibition (March 27–April 8).
Hang and display all accepted artwork in the exhibition space.
Require each artist to sign an Artist Release Agreement outlining the terms for display, image use, artwork pickup, and liability.
Accepted Artwork Requirements
File Submission Requirements
High-quality JPG or PNG
Up to 5 MB each
Minimum 300 dpi
Include title, medium, dimensions, year
Physical Artwork Requirements
Works on paper must be matted & framed
Gallery-wrapped canvases preferred
Must have wired back (no sawtooth hangers)
Submission Requirements
Please submit the following materials by March 6 , 2026.
Each artist may submit up to three works for consideration,
along with Artist Statement and Artwork Label Information.
All works must reflect the theme:
Risen: The Art of the Resurrection; Stories of Hope Renewed and Peace restored (Luke 24:36; John 20:19)
